Silver Fern Education Consultants has also been working exclusively with some of the most prestigious schools of North India under its premium division i.e Career Desk. Career Desk is our initiative of providing trusted guidance and counseling services to students within the school premises itself, through the establishment of a permanent help desk inside the school. Under our Career Desk venture, we are established in 16 premium schools in North India, and various others, to recruit students for first-rate institutions across the globe.

Our designated Career Desk counselors offer valuable guidance to school students on career choices and achieving their career goals. The vision behind starting aseparate segment, the Career Desk finds its inspiration in the company’s vision.

Through the Career Desk model, we want to ensure that school students embark on a timely journey of empowerment. The idea is to make school students realize theimportance of starting early, making informed choices and undertakingholistic development. Career Desk bridges the gap between students and their extraordinary ambitions by providing them with the right information and counseling.

We want students to start working on their study abroad dreams or career choices from grade 9th itself. The sooner students embark on the journey of holistic development the greater their claim to the apex of success. This is the central idea and the thought we reinforce among school students via our Career Desk. Speaking of holistic development, the Career Desk operates in a systematic manner extending diverseopportunities to students.

To substantiate, from career counseling to personality enhancement sessions, Career Desk counselors cater to the unique needs of every student. Sessions on topics like decision-making, time management, emotional intelligence and leadership skills facilitate all-round development. Besides, sessions on unconventional careers and blog writing ensure students keep pace with the dynamic job market. We have also hosted internship fairs at several partner schools of the Career Desk.

The Career Desk regularly hosts eminent speakers at partner schools who empower students through their visions, wisdom, experiences and stories. Moreover, students are effectively trained to successfully participate in student events like Model United Nations and Parliamentary Debating Championships.

Lastly, each year, the Career Desk division hosts the most prestigious universities at its partner schools.University of British Columbia, University of Sydney, University of Waterloo, University of California, and Queen Mary University of London just to name a few of these.

Our Career Desk counselors perpetually innovate to find new ways in which high school students can be empowered. The impact that this division has created over a short tenure is massive and has truly empowered students. In Career Desk, students of our partner schools have found a trustworthy resource for launching their career trajectories.

Career Desk has proven to be a worthwhile launchpad for students to aim for top-ranked universities with study abroad scholarships. We have secured scholarships and financial aid of over USD 2.5 million in the past year alone.

Our Career Desk counselors are well aware of what it takes to make it to top universities. Hence, they constantly encourage school students to start early and develop holistically.

Thus far, our Career Desk counselors have assisted more than 2000 students to secure admissions to premium universities. A lot of these students are also entitled to prestigious study abroad scholarships.
